Dashboard guide
The dashboard at dashboard.poolse.dev is where you manage your workspace: API keys, webhooks, messaging, call and push settings, attachment storage, your plan and your own sign-in.
- Open the sign-up page.
- Enter your Work email, a Password (at least 8 characters) and a Company / project name. The name becomes your workspace name; you can change it later.
- Tick the box to accept the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and Acceptable Use Policy. The Data Processing Addendum applies automatically.
- You're signed in and asked to check your email. Click the link we send; it is valid for 24 hours. If it expired, use Resend verification email. The rest of the dashboard opens once your email is verified.
If Google or GitHub sign-in is shown, you can use that instead. You then pick a workspace name on a One last step screen.
Every new workspace starts on the Free plan. See Billing and Limits & quotas.
The sign-in page offers:
- Email and password.
- Sign in with a passkey, if you have added one.
- Google or GitHub, when they are shown.
- Forgot password?, which emails you a reset link. See Account & security.
If you have turned on two-step sign-in, you are asked for a second step after your password, and after a Google or GitHub sign-in. See Account & security.
Overview
The first page after sign-in. At the top right: your plan, and the first characters of your workspace id (hover for the full id).
| Tile | Shows |
|---|---|
| Messages | Messages sent in the workspace, and how many in the last 24 hours. |
| Daily active users | Users who sent a message in the last day, and your total number of users. |
| Conversations | Total conversations. |
| Attachment storage | Storage used by attachments, and the number of files. |
Below the tiles:
- Messages, last 30 days: a chart of messages sent per day.
- Plan card: your plan and a Monthly active users meter against your plan's cap, with a link to View plan & usage.
- Quick links to API keys, Webhooks, Push and these docs.
While nothing has been sent yet, a Send your first message card lists three steps: create an API key, follow the integration guide, and send a message from your app.
